Tap at Gallow’s Bird, Espoo. Colour is hazy yellow with small creamy white head. Aromas and flavours: Fruits, lemon, citrus, some grain, hints of spices and malts. Well, this is not typical kölsch at all. Nice summertime beer.

Hazy yellow color, tiny white head. Grainy, slightly yeasty and wheaty aroma. Light-bodied. Wheaty, lemon peels, light spiceyness. Refreshing. Not outstanding but quite drinkable witbier. Suprised me in positive way.

Draft @ Fiera della Birra di Ferrara, Nov 2013. Grazie Federico for the sample.

Bottled. An unclear golden beer. The aroma has strong notes of grass as well as notes of citrus - making it very fresh. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, fresh hops, flowers, and grass as well as a touch of citrus, leading to a bitter finish.
