Can at the guest room - Roma. Pours clear, orange-gold with a frothy, white head. Nice aroma, some fleshy citrus, pine, sun-kissed pale malts. Light-medium sweet flavour with nice citrusy hops, piney bitterness, mellow flinty dryness, some orange rind. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with more rindy bitterness, pine, low resin, dry pale malts, citrus peel. A little grass in the aftertaste. Solid brew.

Bottle at home. Clear golden with white head. Fresh pineapple, light pear, lychee, a touch of pils malts and grass, passion fruit. Under medium sweet and bitter. Just medium bodied with clean crisp feel. Really like crisp clean low abv hoppy beers, and this is a nice example. Good stuff.

Tap@Il Locale, Copenhagen - dark Amber orange pour with white head. Sweet malty and fruity with some citrus fruity notes in evidence, some caramel sweet malty backing, light to medium body, medium hoppy finish.

From the tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours loaded gold, transparent with fine white coach. Aroma is moderate, of exotic fruit, hay, peach. Body is average, with low carbonation. Taste is well balanced, with limited sweetness, but also contained bitterness (compared to other extreme IPAs). Finish is relatively short, no persistence of bitterness.

Bottle. Hazy golden, medium-sized fizzy head. Low retention. Hoppy aroma. Exotic fruit do it in a pungent, offensive way. Light to medium body. Hoppy taste. Fruity. Still it is somewhat underdone. Light bitterness.

Keg at Scurreria. Genova, Italy, Thursday 9th February 2017 Hazy lemon with slim white head, nice carbonation, big punchy hops, big tropical flavours not unlike ’Um Bongo’ or a can of Quatrro back in the day (showing my age I guess. Lovely beer. A7 A4 T8 P4 Ov16 3.9

On tap at La Fine Mousse, Paris on 26th November 2016. Hazy gold with diminishing off-white film and scant lacing. Zesty citrus aroma. Rich and intense citric hoppiness in-mouth with a nutty, savoury touch. Fruity, citric finish dominated by grass and tangy, zesty grapefruit and tangerine. Surprisingly light body for its strength, but a zingy mouthfeel. Superb!

Bottle, 330 ml at Domus Birrae, Roma. Pours clear golden with medium white head. Hoppy, grassy, fruity, peach, piney note, sweetish with some bitterness in finish. Light to medium bodied. Decent.
