Keg at the brewery. Cloudy apricot colour beer, good cream colour head. Vibrant tangy apricot with a nice touch of savoury brett. A very mild sourness. Touch of orange before a light finish. Great apricot here and a well joined up beer.

Keg at Partizan. Big thanks to Chris! It pours cloudy orange with a thick white head. The nose is fresh, juicy, sweet apricot, tangy peach, earthy, white grape, vinous, brioche, fruit cake and earth. The taste is crisp, bitter, juicy, apricot, peach, good mouth-pucker, sherbet, earthy brett, grass, lemony sherbet, apple and minerals with a dry finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Wow. Rather delicious. Great balance and flavour.

Draft at the brewery taproom. Pours glowing, murky gold with a dense, creamy white head. The nose has mild funk, lemon, dry pale bread. Light-medium sweet flavor with more tart lemon, very mild funk, a little farmyard, some fleshy apricot, citrusy preserve. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Impressively clean on the finish, with further citrusy tang, juicy apricot and tangerine, a little drying wood, lemon, pine needles. Great stuff overall. Nicely layered and very drinkable.
