Dunkler, leicht alkoholisch hefiger Beginn. Geringe Karbonisierung, vergoren bananig, weich. Dunkel hefig bleibend, langer Nachhall. Monoton, dennoch lecker. 11/11/12/11/10/11

500ml bottle. Hazy chestnut colour with average, frothy to creamy, mostly lasting, minimally lacing, beige head. Spicy yeasty and slightly fruity aroma, notes of clove, a touch of mustard seed, minimally bready, wheat malty background, some dark honey, a touch of plum. Taste is sweet-ish, spicy yeasty and slightly bready, wheat malty, notes of clove, a touch of nutmeg, diluted hints of (milk) chocolate, dark honey, some plum; soft carbonation. Quite complex, rather spicy, sweet-ish but in no way tacky. Doesn't fully come up to Reckendorfer Weizenbock, but plays in the same league.
