It is a decent beer, better than the original, in my point of view, fresh, a perfect one during a day at 20 degrees celsius, fruity, herbal, 28.03.18 purchasing this beer at one coop Zürich, tasting it at Prélaz.

Can 50cl. from a Coop supermarket (in Zermatt) shared with the wife @hotelroom in Zermatt, poured into a tumbler. Hazy yellow golden, small frothy white head, mostly diminishing, thin layer remains, good lacing. Aroma sweet malt, grain, yeast, grassy hops. Taste medium sweet and slightly bitter, malty, grain, grass, some lemon. Light body, watery to creamy texture, average carbonation, smooth sweet and a bit bitter aftertaste, lime notes, refreshing, very quaffable, okay.

02.07.2019 -- 0.33l bottle from a coop in basel, bb 07.01.2020. pours a hazy pale yellow with a medium head. aroma of sweet grains, not unlike a non-alcoholic beer, but also some sulphuric hops. flavour is quite fruity, with notes of pears, banana, maybe peaches, and coriander. taste reminds of a witbier. quite sweet but not cloying. interesting.

On draft in Zermatt. Pours a cloudy gold with an off white head. Light toast aroma and flavors. Inoffensive and boring.

[33cl bottle] Hazy, yellow colour with a medium-sized foamy white head. Slightly yeasty and moderately sweet malty, also slightly papery nose with a ashy whiff of spicy hops. Light-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a soft, almost flat mouthfeel. Yeasty, malt-accented taste with traces of cardboard. Almost dry malty and faint hoppy finish. Mediocre [29.X.08].
