Tap: Hazy, light amber coloured, small off-white head, distinctive dryish nose of resiny hops, some toasted malt underneath, some hardly detectable worty traces, nearly moderate dryish bitter-sweet flavour, astonishingly “full bodied” for a beer of 2.5%; lingering resiny-bitter finish balanced by a shy malty sweetness. Trockener, moderat hopfiger Beginn, es schmeckt nach Alkoholentzug. Geringe Karbonisierung, hohe Süffigkeit, etwas monoton. Unspannend. 10/8/11/7//8
