Metne z prawie zerową piana, pachnie pieczona wyjata z rozgrzanego piekarnika szarlotka, w smaku szarlotka, mus jabłkowy, cynamon, sporo cynamonu. Mimo tej szarlotki piwo nie jest słodkie. Udane

Keg at beerstreet. Pours hazy golden, nose is full on apple pie, cinnamon, cake, taste is similar, juicy, a little thin. 8/3/8/3/15

Keg at Drugie Dno, Warsaw, 13/07/19. Lightly hazed golden orange with a decent off white cap. Nose is apple pie, sweet malts, light citric sherbets. Taste comprises lemon rind, vanilla icing, apple skins, airy malts. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Fun enough novelty pale but not sure I could drink a whole lot of this !

Trochę się zawiodłem, sama idea zachowana ale wykonanie średnie. Strasznie denerwuje wodnistość i dominujący cynamon.

Barwa złota, zamglone, piana biała, dość obfita, w miarę trwała. W aromacie szarlotka, czerwone jabłko, cynamon, dość nikły aromat. W smaku półsłodkie, lekki mus jabłkowy, słodowe, ciasto, cynamon. Goryczka niska, wysycenie średnie, ciało niskie do średniego. Dość płaskie, gdyby jeszcze tu goryczka była, to byłoby całkiem niezłe.

On tap @ Viva la PINTA, Kraków. Clear yellow with a white head. Heavy cinnamon aroma which I normally don't like in a winter beer or bock but in this pale ale it works very well actually. Taste is sweet and mouthfeel is cloying but still crisp. Strange but wonderful beer.
