Prost zesamme!

Bottle: Golden, hazy, small white head, mild to moderate sweetish-bitter citrussy aroma with a bready-grainy background, presumably yeasty traces detectable; moderate sweetish-bitter flavour, a delicate acidity is well detectable, light bodied and pretty soft; lingering citrussy and grainy finish. A well made summer drink…

330ml bottle. Hazy, grey-ish, dark yellow-ish golden colour with average to huge, thick, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting and lacing white head. Minimally musty, grainy, malty and minimally fruity aroma, hints of protein, a touch of apricot and peach. Taste is husky, slightly fruity, minimally citrusy, hints of peach and apricot, a touch of mandarine and lemon, some protein, minimally strawy overtones. Watery texture, smooth and soft palate, fine and soft carbonation. Profits substantially from non-filtration - good!

0.33 l bottle from 'Bierothek', best before February 2022. Hazy, golden amber with a medium large, foamy, slowly diminishing, white head. Slightly sweetish, moderately grassy-spicy, a bit fruity-floral aroma of grains, hay and some lemon peel. Slightly sweet, gently bitter, moderately grassy-spicy, a little fruity-floral taste of grains, hay, hints of and a touch of lemon peel, followed by a short, gently bitter, moderately grassy-spicy finish. Thin to medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Very decent Wiess, way more interesting than their mediocre Kölsch.
