Hazelnut, Raisins and Chocolate collide in this creamy and decadent English Stout. The fruit and nut character blends perfectly with the complex malt bill all tied together with a classic English yeast strain.

Can. Black pour. Aroma of hazelnut, chocolate, peachy bitter hop, malt and caramel. Taste has soft hazelnut, bitter hop, grapefruit, caramel, chocolate malt and oat. Nice, bit like a nutty black ipa.

Keg at The Merchant, Canary Wharf, 27/06/19. Extremely dark mahogany brown with a decent beige head. Nose is mellow roast, chocolate, raisins, dried fruits. Taste comprises light roast, touch of Cadbury fruit & nut, chocolate, dried fruits. Medium bodied, light spritzy carbonation, semi drying close. Ok stout ... not as good as usual for this series.

Can at home in Hackney. Pours deep brown with a foamy beige head. Tasty stuff, with notes of milk chocolate, a little earthy bitterness, raisins. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes with more bitter cocoa, nips of ash, orange peel. Interesting stuff. Good.
