Bottiglia. Il naso viene catturato dallo speziato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma è destinato a vita breve. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è pieno. Il dolce è medio in buon equilibrio con l'amaro medio e c'è anche una componente leggermente acidula e una di umami. La forza gustativa è elevata e la persistenza è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Sul tetto della bocca riconosce impressioni di miele crosta di pane, frutta secca, agrumi, sale e spezie.

Pours slightly hazed, pale yellow. Small white head. Scednt is clear on the coriander, and the salt (seawater like). Taste is sharp, mild tartness, high coriander. Lower than expected acidity. Ends a touch sweet, not a great gose. Styletechnical and balance wise, but not a bad beer.

Draught @ the brewpub Very dense, stable white head over pale, lightly coloured golden beer. Very inviting lemony/citrussy and mineral nose, extremely clean. One moment one is convinced drinking a soft drink, then a broadening sets in, resulting in way more depth. Citrus, hint of salicylic acid. A hint of exotic citrus fruit, yuzu with coriander. Light, refreshing, soft carbonation. Indeed, a truly inspiring Gose, as I was warned.

Bottle from mr_fabi_134, thanks. Sour lacto aroma and taste, hay notes, lemon, light to medium sour. Medium body, sour lacto finish with light sour notes. Ok.

Eingetrübte gelbe Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Leicht getreidiger, salziger Geruch mit Koriander. Geschmacklich salzig, säuerlich, leicht getreidig mit Koriander. Leicht süß mit mittlerer Bitterkeit und hoher Säuerlichkeit, leichter Körper mit aktiver Kohlensäure.

Tap at Fränkisches Bierfest. Light hazy golden, white foam. Dusty light grainy, citrus. Medium body, light grain, salty sptritzy, mint and lime, lovely hop finish.

Huge thanks to WillemsUrenkel for that one! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass with a nice head. Malty-sourish aroma. Starts fine malty, spicy, light sourish. Background with nice salty notes. Differnt herbal notes, maybe some pepper. Finish well balanced, spicy, herbal. Interesting!

0,33 l bottle out of a mixed 6er, purchased at Batzen Häusl. Cloudy golden, small short living head. Lemon and citrus with some coriander on the nose. Taste starts with a short tard sequence, followed by a more sweet citrus part. Pale grainy with caramel to the end. Low carbonated. Easy summer drink.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Hazy yellow. Coriander, a bit floral, lacto, citric, saltwater, sourish and a bit salty. Very nice and refreshing.
