This ale is brewed with malt and grain from South Tyrol. Juniper, and salt from the mountains as well pepper give to this ale an intense taste which matches the citrus flavour of the hops.

Bottiglia.

Fluffy, dense snowwhite head over veiled orangey golden beer. Bot sulphury, rubbery aroma, on top of other grains. Juniper branches and wheat, white pepper. Other graons wheat, spices. Sweet undercurrent, pepper - only as flavour, absolutely no heat. Light, grainslick, very well-carbonated. Nice.

0.33 l bottle from 'Gastrodrink', best before June 2024. Hazy, golden amber with a medium large, slightly fluffy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, quite herbal-spicy, gently fruity and a bit yeasty aroma of lots of juniper, white pepper, hay and citrus. Slightly sweet, quite dry, fairly herbal-spicy and gently fruity taste of white pepper, juniper, citrus, hay and light clove, followed by a short, slightly bitter, peppery and dry finish. Almost medium-bodied, rather effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Interesting beer, unfortunately too spicy for my liking and too effervescent, even for a Saison.

Bottle courtesy of Ursula at the München RB tasting group, Friday 21st July 2023.Pours hazy yellow with a white head, unusual taste a bit gluey and plastic, not my thing. Haven't a clue what this is all about.

Bottle brought to tasting by Ursula, thanks! Hazy amber with a huge, pretty head. Lightly cellary nose with wild/sour notes. Flavor is very complex with a lot of everything but well balanced, nice spicy and herbal notes, medium hop bitterness, very nice one! Creative and completely drinkable.

Bottle, Nippon replacement beer. Cloudy pale golden, offwhite foam. Spicy, coriander, flowery nose. Medium body, foamy, elderflower, indeed a bit peppery, a tad salt and mineral dryness. Foamy perfumed finish.
