Bottled, from El Estribo, Madrid. Hazy golden, no head. Funky brett aroma. Mid dry with light-medium body. No acidity, but really funky with sweaty dill and cooked seafood. Spritzy, complex and rustic, yet with elegance. Light salty finish. Really interesting stuff.

Medium off-white, fast gone head over faintly hazy orange-foxy beer with a golden shine. Vinous, C-hops in the nose, with old wine casks and Brettanomyces. Lambic-like with a vinous, sherry-like quality from a good flor. Extra-dry finish, refreshing all the same. Dry-out effect. I want more of this! Amazing that the lambic doesn’t overwhelm the pale ale completely. MANY thanks to Jean Hummler for this bottle!

Hazy deep blond color. Interesting sour aroma, fruity, with Bretts and cobwebs. Good body strength, dry and milky malts, dry toffee flavor but also with a light residual sugar; and immediately the astringency and cellar character appear; it’s close to a Lambic, sweeter, fruitier, easier to drink; the yeast left a very nice fruity side; elegant and intriguing. Wonderful.

Hazy light amber color. Interesting aroma: sour, tarty, woody, lemony; Bretts; even very light hazelnuts in the end. Medium body, a ligh malt flavor is immediately taken over by the medium sourness and astringency. Maybe too dry at the end. Interesting effort.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is very fruity - peaches, as well as some notes of brettanomyces. The flavor is sweet with an underlying acidity and notes of brettanomyces, malt, straw, grapefruit, and some minerals, leading to a lightly tart and dry fininsh. Thanks yespr for sharing.

75 cL bottle. Pours cloudy dark orange with a small white head. Aroma is nice dry brett and acidic pedicoccus. Nice barnyard nose. Smooth malty, light fruity and mellow flavoured. Dry and subdued acidic, yet dry and fruity flavoured. Smooth and slight citric finish yet with a dry malt base.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a slightly hazy golden with a lacing off-white head. Tart and Bretty aroma - very tart actually. Medium body, astringent fruitiness, leathery with lots of Lacto and Brett. Dry, sulphurous and very tart finish. An interesting sour effort. 301109
