Vom Faß (11/19, @Stehbierhalle): Hazy, deep chestnut-amber coloured, quickly collapsing creamy off-white head, moderate to solid - quite complex - sweet-bitter aroma of dried fruits, toasted malt and traces of caramel, combined with leathery spots and a distinctive - almost english - hoppy background; moderate to solid sweet-bitter flavour, medium to full bodied, pretty soft; lingering bitter-sweet fruity-caramelly finish, followed by a balancing hoppy aftertaste. Very decent stuff. DBB as usual, the stronger the better...

Weicher, süß malziger Beginn. Fein röstig, minimale Herbe, etwas Honig, moderat fruchtig. Röstig-bitterer Abgang auf geringem Level. Interessante Veränderung des Adam! 10/9/11/11//11
