In my point of view, it is the perfect pale ale with all the qualities that you could find, on the american way with a cascade hop, 03.01.19, purchased at Colmar and servinge this bottle at Bonfol

27/XII/24 - on tap @ Bendorf brewery (Strasbourg), BB: n/a (2024-1315)
Clear pale yellow beer, small creamy off-white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: floral, some citrus, soapy. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: citrus, a bit malty, very bitter, happy, dry, spicy, a little soapy. Aftertaste: very bitter, hoppy, grassy, resinous and piny hops, good dry finish, pleasant one!

Likely from hauxe. Thanks. Pale gold with a white head. Hay, light malt, medicinal. A little bit strange.

Hazy yellow to gold with a frothy white head. Weird tangerine/medicinal aroma—like a citrus flavored cough syrup. More pleasant tones underneath: herbs, honey, lemon juice. Taste is mildly bitter, a touch herbal, a hint of tartness. Medium body, moderate to mild carbonation. Odd but drinkable.

[Draft glass @ Original Moeder Lambic] Lightly hazy golden, nicely lacing white head. Nose is soapy peach, mellow hop, zest, bready, bit sweet. Taste is soapy sugar, basic herbal, bit weak & soapy, sugar, bread, candy.Bread & candy body. Okay-ish but lacks real character.
