Tap at Birreria Volo. Hazy purple pour with a light pink head. Sharp vinous berry Aroma, blue berries and currants abound. Nice mouth feel and carb. Finish is tart, lightly bitter with alot of blueberry and black currant and some semi sweet black berries. Super nice stuff.

Bottle. Pours hazy pink grape fruit, small pinkish white head, good lacing. Aroma is berries, funk, oak. Flavors is very light tart, light funk, mineral, red berries. Light body, soft mouthfeel. Solid

Poured at Shelton Festival, hazy ruby with medium pink head. The aroma is berry, grape, yeast, funk, and oak. Thin body, yeast, grape skin, light funk, tart finish, very good.

Mainly clear ruby pink beer, small creamy pink head, pretty stable, non adhesive. Aroma: funky, bit dirty, raspberries, decent stuff! MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: lots of fresh berries, raspberries, black currants, sweet touch, soft bitterness. Aftertaste: very fruity, raspberry jam, bit acidic, nice stuff.

A reddish burgundy saison with a thick frothy lacing pink head. In aroma, nice fruity malt with raspberry, black currants, Epsom salts, light Brett, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with black currant, light acidity, light Brett, very nice. On tap at Funkfest 2017.

Bière de couleur framboise partagée avec Chantale et Dave m’ayant été offerte par la brasserie... C’est bien boisé, sucré et assez floral, tout en étant sans effervescence ni amertume. Le début de goût est vraiment très différent de la finale, ce que j’ai apprécié. C’est un produit délicat et complexe qui, même s’il a le corps d’une Blanche, est vraiment intéressant à déguster.

Caña en cimmería 23..12..2016. (r29). Color rojizo oscuro turbio con espuma también rojizo. Aromas y sabores ácidos y frutos del bosque ligeramente secos al final con ligero amargo. Podría estar mejor, seca y algo tosca. Normal.
