Smell of malt, faint biscuits. Hazy amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma of hops, citrus, some wood, malt. Also faint mint. Soft carbon. Medium bitter. Pleasant.

Süffiger, frisch hopfiger Beginn. Deutliche Bitterkeit, minimal Alkohol, helles Getreide. Rund würzig, konstant hopfig, mittellanger Abgang. Einfach, gefällt. 10/9/10/9//9

On tap at Smokehouse, pours a clear copper golden with a tiny white head. Aroma is laid back, with biscuity malt and very faint floral hops. Flavour is laid back, with lightly bitter citrus hops and crisp biscuity malt. Not very vibrant and pretty dull. Meh.

DEC-2018. Draft at the source. Almost clear golden-amber, frothy off-white head. Subtle but clean and crisp hoppy aroma - ripe citrus pulp, light sugared citrus peel, there's some nice fruity bready malt notes too. Nice clean unsweet malts, crisp easy drinking body, crisp citrus and pine bitterness. Nice, clean easy drinking. A simple well made quencher. 6-4-7-4-14=3,5.

APR-2018. Cloudy golden, white head. Hoppy aroma but some estery harshness behind, some pear drops. The taste has some malty smoothness, but also a very harsh grassy bitterness. Liked the mealy first batch better. 2,9/5.

FEB-2018. Growler at home. Batch 1. Hazy dark gold, rocky off-white head. The aroma is clean and balanced, but does not smash you in the head - citrus peel, some fruity roundness, bread and a hint of dough. Similar flavour profile, medium body, light pleasant oiliness, clean dry grassy and piney bitterness. A regular well made quenching pale ale. 6-4-7-4-13=3,4.
