Stilul berii Saison este similar cu berea blondă de tip Ale de origine belgiană, însă caracterizat prin adaos sporit de drojdie și hamei. Poate avea un corp ușor sau mediu. În ciuda faptului că „strămoșul” stilului era aproape fără alcool, în prezent, versiunile cu tărie alcoolică sunt acceptabile. Culoarea variază de la auriu la maro închis, în pahar formează o spumă densă și rezistentă. Saison este o bere spumoasă, nefiltrată. Poate fi: de masă, standard și foarte puternică ( cu tărie alcoolică).

Süffiger, hopfig kräutriger Beginn. Zitronengras, rund aromatisch, milde Herbe. Hopfig kräutriger Abgang, etwas bitter. Gut! 10/9/11/11//11

Growler from the brewery. Cloudy bright gold, white head. Beautiful flowery and honey sweetness in the nose, followed by balancing dried herbs. The taste: again, same light and bright sweetness, flowers and honey, light balancing herbal bitterness. No usual farmhouse funk, spice or dryness of a saison, but a really good blonde belgian ale it is, of the easy-drinking „light and bright” variety.
