Alter Ego is a member of the Julius family, taking the base of Julius and adding a tremendous amount of Mosaic to the dry hop with a kiss of Amarillo. What results is a beer with all the deliciousness of Julius with a pungent additional layer of citrusy complexity. Over time, Alter Ego has become a truly singular member of the Tree House family.

0,473l can from J&B Craft Drinks online store. Canned 06/20/23. Murky dark yellow beer with medium, cloudy head. Aroma has pine, dank and exotic fruits with some sweet notes. Flavor has pretty much same elements. Juicy and tasty.

473ml can. Murky, orange, bright golden colour with huge, thick, creamy, mostly lasting, remarkably lacing, white head. Juicy, fruity, citrusy and tropical fruity, hoppy aroma, notes of peach and apricot, lemon and orange, mango and passion fruit, some zesty aspects, a touch of candied orange peel, grassy overtones, wheaty and oaty, malty background. Taste is bitter, zesty, citrusy fruity, slightly grassy and piney hoppy, dry, pale, wheaty and oaty malty basis, notes of tangerine, lemon peel, some woody pineapple; bone-dry, almost pungent, bitter hoppy finish. Creamy texture, smooth, soft, velvety palate, fine, dense, creamy, mildly prickly carbonation. Perfectly (absolutely perfectly) crafted; the benchmark for appearance and mouthfeel. Clean and focussed, balanced hop flavours, no special accentuation, enormous hop bitterness, no unnecessary sweetness, no slimy display of the juicy kind of hoppy fruitiness - maybe not the ultimate experience concerning taste, but overall definitely outstanding!
