Our cross-continental IPA! Made with Australian and American hops, this tropical heavy IPA opens up in the glass with notes of hugely flavorful notes of lemon-lime, pineapple, orange sorbet, and tangerine. It has a soft but pointed bitterness and a rich, velvety mouth feel. Intensely kettle and dry hopped yet balanced and flavorful, Green is a beloved crew favorite here at Tree House!

(Can, 0.473 l - canned on 08/02/18, thanks VastActiv, at tiong's tasting, 20180309) The beer poured golden and cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, grapefruit, peach, malts and bitterness. Flavours were fruitiness, lime, citricness, sweetness and bitterness. Aftertaste was hoppy and bitter. A very pleasant hoppy brew.

Pours a beautiful hazy gold from a can, lots of lacing. Aroma is lightly dank pine followed by pineapple and tangerine. Flavor is a nice rich juicy tangerine, pineapple and ruby red grapefruit, with a pine chaser. A little thin. Very good beer.

Proper glassware be damned, this was pretty solid! --- Beer merged from original tick of Green on 16 Jul 2017 at 15:06 - Score: Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 9 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 9. Original review text: Very hazy bright golden pour with a nice off-white head. Notes of citrus, sweet mandarin oranges, grassy, herbal hops, caramelized oranges or orange jelly. Really great smell but the taste is just a bit behind, most likely because Galaxy isn’t as potent as other, newer hops when it comes to dry hopping. Still, it’s something else, a well-balanced, smooth and easily sessionable IPA.

(Can kindly shared by Flavio, in a queue at Mikkeller and Friends Bottle Shop) ~1mo at drinking. Shamelessly consumed from a can in a queue, looked a hazy medium orange peering through the top though! Aroma was big sticky resinous fruit, pineapple, ripe mango, orange rind, citrus oils, leafy, dank, touch of pine. Flavour is fruity but balances juice with big leafy, resinous hop cone character while keeping bitterness rather low. Notes of pineapple, mandarin, fresh pine, mango, leafy, intense, pretty dry overall. Medium-full mouthfeel, average carb. Even from a rather improvised serving in a bottle purchase queue, this beer made a big impression.
