Hazy gold beerm tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is dry and minerally crisp. Dry malts, some mild sweetness and a touch of raw grain - nothing too serious. Pithy bitter dry hops. Dry spice. Some relief from modest tropical fruits and mild fresh orange. Spicy bitter dry finish with some hop dust coming through. Not bad, but never going to be a huge fan of the way this brewery does hoppy beers.

Thank you for sharing Sebletitje & tderoeck! Sampled 750 ml. bottle @ Vini Birre Ribelli 2016. Batch #3. Flat bottle due to refermentation issues, I was warned beforehand. Dark amber orange with no head. Nose is pleasant pine resin syrup, very big hop oil with low caramel counterpoint, syrupy malts. Taste is hop oil pine resin syrup pleasantly blende with caramel, syrupy, nice malt base, rich hop with nice syrup bland, good balance. Body is flat hop oil syrup. Honestly the flat body didn’t bother me at all, added some pleasant syrup features. One of my favourite Brabant beers. I probably shouldn’t be liking it this much since it is flawed but I quite liked it.
