Bottled. Deep brown colour with a small beigeish brown head. Aroma is dark chocolate, tobacco, vanilla and some toffee to it. Flavour is vanilla, some roasted malts, dark chocolate and mild grassy and floral bitterness to it. Very one-dimensional and actually almost watery palate.

No jak ciasteczka czy tort urodzinowy to to nie smakowalo, brak slodowosci, ciala, jest kwaskowa zimna kawa rozpuszczalna z odrobina wanilli, czuc jak ale beczki juz sie nie czulo. Piana spora i dynamicznie rosla, ciemno bezowa, ciemno brazowa barwa piwa, metne, opada szybko wiec cieszyc ja sie specjalnie nie mozna, wodniste w posmaku.szkoda ze ta wytrawnosc lambickowa sie nie utrzymuje na podniebieniu, bylo by lepiej z ocena.

Creamy light brown head left a decent cover on a near black still body. Vanilla, malt, mint & coffee aroma. Full bodied, silky smooth with minimal carbonation & an oily finish. Vanilla, cinnamon & dark berry tastes with coffee hints & a tangy citrus back.

Bottle from Geers. Dark brown colour, brown foam. Nose of coffee, roasted malts and lots of vanilla. Taste is roasty bitter, vanilla sweet, some ashtray.

Bottled 750ml (Etre-Gourmet)
Dark brown colour, good brownish head. Lots of cocoa in the nose, also notes of tobacco ash and vanilla. Medium-bodied. Flavour has lots of cocoa and vanilla, sweetish. Light bitterness in the finish. Too much vanilla and too little body for 8 %.

Bottle. Pours black, nose is roasted, toffee, liquorice, vanilla, taste is sweet, creamy, vanilla, roasted, chocolate.

Draft sample @ Vini Birre Ribelli ’16. Brune foncée, col crémeux blanc-cassé voire café au lait. Arôme au bouquet bien chocolaté, effet pâtissier impression d’avoir trempé un cake au chocolat dans la bière, petite note de vanille en rétro. Palais est malté chargé de notes de chocolat. Vanille apporte une belle douceur qui devient un peu trop dominante sur le mélange de la base maltée. Retrouve un effet belge niveau levure et un fini rappelant des racines et caractère terreux et encore un signe de Brabant dans une longueur de bouche très sec qui dénature parfois une bonne base de départ. Petite pointe de fruité noir se distingue. Amertume reste modérée, plutôt sèche, noble.

Sampled draft @ Vini Birre Ribelli 2016. Dark brown, nice creamy mocha head. Nose is weird herbal, plastic mocha, bit artificial chocolate profile, charcoal with green hops (everyone else typified as marihuana smelling). Taste is quite plastic, chemical artificial chocolate syrup, dry charcoal, burned, ashes, finish has an unsuspecting explosion of very heavy vanilla that lingers & is not found elsewhere in the taste, raw hops. Artificial plastic malt body. Bit too strange for me to be honest.

Pours nearly black, small white head. Smell is bit sweet, roasty. Taste is Sharp, bit bitter , Sharp vanilla, roasted malts. Pure Chocolate .
