Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Red colour. Light malty and hoppy moderate sour aroma with strong berries notes, mostly raspberry. Moderate bitter very acetic nice berries flavor. Again mainly raspberry. Long moderate bitter sour finish. Creamy palate. Nice.

440ml can from Vinmonopolet Langnes. Firm, creamy pinkish head leaving crocheted lacing on the glass. Cloudy reddish body. Modest raspberry smell, creamy and semi-dry. Moderate taste profile of raspberries offset by strawberries. Tart and sweet end. Smooth mouthfeel. Quite possible to drink, but really not my kind of taste. (Tromsø 01.06.2020).

Flamingo pink head, large and fairly stable, fed by fine, irregular carbonation from fully veiled cyclamen-red beer. Fruity, red fruit, cranberry, red billberry, earthy, raspberry. Faintly peppery, maybe Sichuan pepper. Red fruit, pretty sour, lactic, to a very tart, puckering finish. All kinds of berries, raspberry, blackberry, redcurrant, cranberry etc. Sharp acidity, outspoken dry-out effect, lean. Better than the Framboise sour; more character and complexity.
