DESCRIPTION
Ballyhoo is a collaboration with Cloudwater. it’s an imperial fruit sour. we’ve blended two different batches of soured beer to naturally achieve a 7.0% abv base beer. Into that, we blended strawberry, raspberry and blueberry puree to give it a summer pudding finish. Its thick and fruity, sour and tangy glass of summer.
Goes well with Northern soul and Southern funk.
Featuring Paul Jones, Cloudwater head honcho.

440ml can. Pours deep red with a pink head. Aroma of strawberry, raspberry and blueberry. Taste is sweet, sour, tart, strawberry, raspberry and blueberry, I actually do taste each berry, acidic finish. Medium body, fairly thick, really nice fruited sour.

Great color, thick fruit. Not as tart as I'd like.
