Archfiend of the operation, Daemon, lures your taste buds with smooth caramel flavours and a silky roast finish. Calculating and meticulous, he blends a perfect selection of hops to achieve a bitterness far more balanced than his rancorous thoughts. Of course this is a red IPA, symbolic of its devilish creator.

Cask-conditioned, on gravity, at Gloucester Beer Festival 27 April 2018. Deep amber, with a thin, off-white, head. Citrus hops, some caramel, bready malts, a hint of red berries and dryish finish. Fine.

Cask at the 29th Egham beer festival, Egham, Surrey. A dark amber/brown coloured pour with virtually no head at all. Fruity, malty, caramel aroma. Tastes fruity, malty, caramel, pretty thin, not too memorable.
