Bottle shared. Hazy dark orange golden with big fluffy off white head. Sweet oxidized notes, dried plums, light funk, some vin jaune barrel with walnuts and old wood, white pepper, light lactic, glue, green banana. Medium sweet, under medium sour and light bitter. Over medium bodied with present fine sparkly carbonation. Another lovely BFM beer.

25/06/2017 - tasting glass @ Swafff 2017. Hazy orange with small creamy head. Nose is sour, vinegar, some wood, fruits. Taste is sharp sour, vinegar, some wood, I you try, you might find some "saison" elements but they are overpowered by the sourness.

Tap at Erzbierschof. Hazy murked orange color with small white head. Aroma is grapes, spicy yeasts, dough. Taste is dough, grape funk, a touch of straw, some fermenting raisins. High fine-bubbled carbonation. Nice one!

Bottle at Erzbierschof Zurich. Pours lightly cloudy amber. Aroma is vinegar, balsamico, funk, farmhouse, saison yeast. Body is medium, balsamico again, fruit, sour and a little tart, soft carbonation, smooth texture. Almonds, and maybe nettles I guess. Body is lingering on light sourness, bitter almond, fruit, and vinegar. Very good!Earlier Rating: 11/6/2016 Total Score: 3.9Tap at Brassin Public® 2016. Pours hazy light brown. Aroma shows the sourness already. Medium body with a lively carbonation over a nice sourness to round it all off. Towards the palate the flavours change to more booze and the advertised foin. Juicy sour dry palate. Nice.

375 ml bottle, bottled 10/2016, from Biervana, München.
Deep amber, cloudy body, with a medium, creamy, lacing, yellowish head.
Aroma of bread, sweet dried fruits, citrus, flowers, yeast, some spices, some grass.
Tastes of citrus, dried fruits, flowers, grass, yeast, some bread, some spices, some candy.
Medium, a bit creamy mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes smooth, citric, floral, grassy, a bit bready, a bit dry, yeasty, a bit spicy.
Very tasty. Drinks really smooth and greatly balanced, with a lovely combination of citric notes, with the floral/grassy notes and a well dosed sweetness. The herbs are very well integrated, leading to a subtle, fitting impression. Not very complex or unique, but just really quaffable stuff I could drink all day.

0,375l bottle at home shared by Saeglopur, big thanks for this one. Bottled 10/2016. BB 09/2018. amber cloudy color, small white head. smell citric, yeasty, some wood, spices, bit grassy, herbal. nice smell overall. full body, light to medium carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes of caramel, spices, grass, peach, peppery, some sourness, light funk, bit milky. finishes light to medium sour and a bit dry with notes of grass, spices and some sweet herbs. quite nice one, a bit on the herbal grassy side, but overall good stuff, almost a bit too much carbonation for me.

375 ml. bottle sampled @ Vini Birre Ribelli 2016. 2016 Vintage. Paler amber orange with no head. Nose is strangely sour, very harsh going to nail polish, vinegar, wine, glue, almost chemical sour. Taste is good, is sour oak wine, puckering, vinegar, acidic vinegar cherries, wine vinegar, crazily puckering sour, huge wood, vinegar. Thinned out body, vinegar, acidic, vinegar grapes. Great huge oak, vinegar oak taste, balsamic, very nice but stupidly sour as well.
