750mL bottle. Pours murky dark red with thin white head. Aroma has rustic yeast, barnyard funk, red wine grapes. Flavour a very similar profile. Great incorporation of grape and saison flavours. Fantastic.

750ml (thx, Josh!) @ Phill's during Gene's visit. Appearance: hazy copper with a tan head. Aroma: a lot of tannins, grapes, and farmhouse notes. Dry. Taste: along the same. woody, some manure. Overall: complex and quite good.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy dark amber brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out lots of dry, musty grape skins, some earthiness, and a touch of bugginess. Flavour has a great mixture of buggy character and musty grape skins, with higher-than-desired alcohol and a wild yeasty, vinous finish. Excellent.

Poured from 750mL bottle (2018 vintage). Hazy red with minimal white head. Oak, mild vinous-y notes juxtaposed with a bit dry and mildew-y character. Above average.

Bottle. Funky bretty nose, grapes, some lactic notes. Pretty crimson color with lace. Wine grape flavor, brett, grass, funk, wood, juicy grapes, much like certain natural wines. Delicious.

2024 rating of a 2019 bottle. Soft body, vinous, light purple, good vinous accent, and soft acidity. Touch of alcohol. Nice brew. Original 2019 rating: Reddish-brown, no head, deep vinous, woody character on the nose, big body, little bit of alcohol, tart, woody massive, really this is amazing good.
