If can at home in the garden lockdown, 19th April 2020. Pours straw with a haze. Aroma is lemon, sherbet, fresh and aromatic. Taste is lemon, zest, fresh and distinctive hops, aromatic citrus flower, coconut. Refreshing and a great show case for this great hop. Lovely pint from Arbor

Can. Hazy yellowish gold beer, decent pale cream colour head. Smooth and mildly dry palate, decent fine minerally carbonation. Light smooth malts, a light creamy sweetness. This new batch of Sabro hops (HBC438) are just the mutz nutz! I really hope they don't lose their character as they go into mass breeding and different growth terroir. A light smooth orangey base overlaid with a soft piney pineapple and that wonderful Sabro coconut. A little mildly itchy spice through the semi dry close. Decked this tall boy in no feckin time whatsoever. Thank you Arbor and thank you Hop Breeding Company. Sabro is the best new hop since Citra for me, perhaps Zappa aside, only tasted one beer with those amazing hops. Certainly, along with Sorachi Ace and Finchcocks 7, truly distinctive.

Can at home picked up from Beer shop St albans. A translucent golden yellow straw coloured pour with a lasting stickty white head. Aroma is lovely, perfumey citrus, zesty lime, doughy wheat, some mushed coconut, white grape, grape jelly. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, bready grains, little chalk, white grape, milky wheat and coconut, lime zest. Palate is soft pillowy carbonation, light chalk , crisp finish. Good example of Sabro.

568ml can @ Tilquin admin gathering, merci Pierre.
BB 11/08/2020.
