Brewed under the sign of excellence, this unique beer with rich and creamy foam attracts with its length in the mouth. Of the hops she kept the bitterness, of the juniper berries a surprising freshness, and of the stamen a few impertinent frogs.

Hazy golden colour, white foam. Lots of carbonation! Nose of weed, herbs, lemon, bitter finish. Unbalanced, not good

hazy orange colour, huge, dense and long lasting ecru-ish-yellowish head; aroma of lemony-lemon zesty, coriander, some floral, grassy, bread crusty, juniper, yeasty and slight peppery notes; taste has the same notes as can be felt in the aroma with dry mouthfeel; I like it even if it is not among the best tripels for sure

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from Nicolas wine shop, Great Portland Street. Light to medium sweet flavour with soft funk, a little salt, melon, tangerine. Medium bodied with active carbonation. Sweet finish, light citric tang, a little more funk. Not bad.

Fruity nose. Hazy deep golden colour, tall frothy white head, half-way lasting, light lacing. Aroma sweet malts, light banana, Belgian yeast, herbal notes (juniper). Taste medium sweet and light bitter, malty, yeasty, light fruity, herbal notes. Bit prickly sweetbitter aftertaste, wood and alcohol notes, medium body, creamy texture, average carbonation, well-made, tripel, nice.

Bottle, 7%. Quite fruity aroma. Cloudy copper colour. Good stable white head. The flavour starts off yeasty and turns OK malty. Has a hint of metal in the finish.
