Few places embody the wild spirit of the Pacific Northwest like the Oregon Coast. To help protect this venerated landscape, we’ve partnered with the Portland Chapter of the Surfrider Foundation on our Coastal Gose blend. This interpretation of the historic Gose beer features sour wheat ales aged in oak barrels with ground coriander seed and sea salt harvested from Oregon’s coastal waters. By donating a portion of the profits from each bottle sold, we are committed to helping the Portland Surfrider Chapter protect and preserve the world’s oceans, waves and beaches––one beer at a time.

On tap at Cascade, pours a clear pale golden with a medium white head. Aroma brings out lots of coriander seed upfront, with a little salt and citrus. Flavour is very citric, with intense acidity, coriander and citrus. Enamel-strippingly acidic. Meh.
