Duft av hvete og høy. Dunkel gulbrun farge, mye skum som forsvinner etter hvert. Litt frisk syrlig smak med en anelse søt ettersmak.

0.33l bottle from #15. This is a light cloudy orange looking one with a nice medium sized white really lacing head. It also sticks around for a good while. On the nose this is a but funky and definitely saison yeasty. Lots of strange small blue flowers, some strong quite sweet almost honey syrup like notes with traces of herbs, pepper, fresh cut grass and gooseberries. Actually not bad at all. It's a bit more mellow and average of you'd like in the taste. Light oily on the mouthfeel and the carbonation is just below average. Light flourish and somewhat thin in the taste. Yeast, some sweet white candied sugar and sparking mineral water with lemon taste that had gone still. A bit weird, but not bad tasting either. 19.10.2013

330ml bottle, batch no. 15, from Vinmonopolet Vika. A slight haze to a golden body. Fair white head leaving lacing rings behind. Moderate smell of spiced fruits with a touch of wheat. The flavour follows suit with a mild, spiced fruity touch, semi-dry. Mild yeasty fruitiness, bittersweet, to the ending. Soft in the mouth. Alright and quite refreshing (hotel room, Oslo 25.11.2013).

Bottled 330ml @Petalax Hazy yellow color, small steady white head. Tart, hayish aroma. Light to medium-bodied. Tart, lemony, Saison-yeasty flavor. Refreshing, but simple.

(Bottle, Akkurat, Stockholm, 30 Aug 2013) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Goes hazy when the yeast sediment is added. Fruity, yeasty nose with notes of hay, peaches, bread and a funky yeast character. Fruity, yeasty taste with bread, citrus, peaches, hay, a spicy yeast character and a certain earthy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, quite dry. There’s quite some brett character in this beer. Nice one.

Salmon-orange, cloudy, with a fine, low head. Nose of tangy lemon, peach, bretty dust, some yogurt, bread. Bretty, funky flavor, lemon, dust, leather. Bitter finish. Grapefruit zest. Interesting, very funky, and a bit harsh. Crisp, light body.
