Bottle. An unclear, yellowish golden beer topped by a small, white head. Fruity, lighlty yeasty aroma with a spiced hint. Pale malts, some resiny hints and a little touch of pears. It’s dry on the palate, with a pleasant carbonation. Medium to full body, with pale malts, yeast, fruityness and some resiny hops. A bit low on bitterness I think, in all stages. Short finish with a pleasant bitterness. Not my favorite saison, but quite decent anyway. 130215

Pours slightly hazy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, yeast, fruits and hint of brett. Taste is medium sweet and light to medium bitter with a fruity and light spicy finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.
