Bottled 330ml. -Courtesy of and shared with Marko, thanks. Black coloured, medium sized airy off-white head that went away fast, whiff of chocolate in the nose. Roasted malt, burnt caramel, light chocolate and quite strong bitterness in the finish. Good for the ABV.

Thanks Zvone! Chestnut brown with a big off white head, medium retention. Dank & somewhat tropical notes on soft caramel, Interesting, obviously light taste, mild roasty/nutty maltiness, soft, versus that same dank/fruity hoppiness and a trace of soft maltiness, quite interesting really, versus an excessive, thin, piercing bitter note that breaks through. Bit flat too. Clean, tasty in a way, but the 3% are its undoing somewhat. Guess I would have it again. Really... reminds me of a black Medvedgrad's Hendrix somewhat.

Lesno-zbozowo-kwiatkowate, ma goryczke, jest leciutkie na pograniczu wodnistosci, nieco kwaskowate... na upal musi byc fajne. Goryczka dluga

Bottle from Terre de Boissons Calais and drunk at home. Black beer lasting tan head. Black ipa aroma of roasted malt dark chocolate and lime hops. Great mouthfeel. Not too roasty but harsh roast is there no doubt. Decent enough. For a style i dont get its fairly drinkable. Quite dry.

On tap at La Fine Mousse on 26th November 2016. Almost black with pale tan foam. Toasted melt aroma with coffee. Lush, intense roast malts and bitter hops in-mouth. Long lasting full-on roasty malt finish. A tremendous amount of flavour packed in a beer of such low gravity. Medium bodied with an engaging texture.

Sampled draft @ Delirium Hoppy Loft. Dark brown black, creamy tanned head. Nose is strangely herbal, licorice, milk chocolate, sugar, far too herbal & licorice like for me, milk chocolate feels watery. Thin watery herbal, herbal, bitter licorice, bark, odd, milky chocolate milk, sugar, chestnut. Too thin, watery for its own good, I suppose that at 3 % ABV this can be forgiven a bit, herbal qualities don’t mix with the watery milk chocolate. Not optimal but doable.

At a tasting, thanks, small creamy head, cloudy dark brown color, aroma of ood, coffee. dark bread and shrubby notes in the back, dark chocolate flavor, mud and cucuambers with a lingering shrubby bitterness. Nice, original and highly enjoyable.

Bottle shared at a tasting at Dancing Camel. Thanks mom for this bottle! Dark brown to black with a beige head. Nice aroma of fruity hops, roast. Bitter flavor, roasty, with "green" fruity hops. Medium-bodied. A good one.

330ml bottle from Saveur Biere. Black brown colour, beige foam head leaving lacing and aroma of roasted malt & floral fruity hop. Taste is ash, roast malt, coffee with pine, floral hop resins and citrus grapefruit bitterness. Thin bodied, soft to medium bodied, dry roast bitter finish. Nicely drinkable Black IPA.

Bottle from Cave a Bulles. Pours dark brown wiht a tan head. Aroma is hoppy. Med body, almost. There’s strong carbonation. Flavor is smooth burnt malt and quite a dose of hop. A session Black IPA with a lot of flavor for 3%! Finishes bitter, and I think somewhat chocolate.
