Effortlessly cool, popping up up in a cultish fashion and constantly on a tasty mission. This is mission Gose: our take on a old-fashioned and slightly odd German style beer that is with good reason trending as the tastiest right now. It’s tart, salty, low in alcohol and probably the most refreshing beer you’ll have. Perhaps enjoy this beer in a restaurant with a mission near you. Can to pokal glass.
Appearance: soft yellow/golden color with a two and a half fingers of white foamy head which dissipated at a nice pace to leave some light lace.
Aroma: soft wheaty tones, light citrusy notes, coriander and a light eucalyptus
Flavor: intertwines the prior noted aromas a to fine citrusy sweet to salty and wheaty sweet quality; finishes semi-salty with the coriander and eucalyptus
Texture: light bodied, sessionable; light smoothness and a little bit of a pop from the coriander as the eucalyptus adds to the mix of stifling some of the wheaty grip
Overall: I actually liked this as I wasn't exactly sure how "gose" - like this would be and it turns out it's more "gose"-like than I thought, maybe I expected more of a tart or sour edge to the wheat in this but I like I said earlier, I think that eucalyptus maybe stifled it a bit.

A powerful ginger and herb nose. Tasty and refreshing due to the sourness and solid acidity as well as high end carbonation. Ginger, lemon, eucalyptus, and herbs blend well together. A tart and dry finish. Top notch.

Can. Yellowish golden colour, with a mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is coriander, citrus, wheat, some salt as well as mild spices and also some biscuity malts. Flavour is lemongrass, coriander, citrus and some spices along with some mild tartness as ell as some salty notes. Pleasant and refreshing to drink.

Can online from Brewdog. Sampled June 2017. Pours hazed gold with a slim white cap. Sweet grain malts, citrus fruits, lemon, lime, some spices. Light to moderate sour. Tangy citrus fruits, salty lemon, orange and lemon peel, lime juice, herbal. Medium body with soft carbonation, full bodied. Tasty one

Backlog. Pours hazy orange. The aroma is of citrus, coriander, and it smells really oxidized. It tastes mostly like it’s oxidized all to hell. There’s no date on the bottle. Please stamp a date on your bottles and cans. It’s not that hard.

355ml can. Pours a hazy gold-yellow with a small, foamy, short lived, off-white head that fully dissipates. Aroma of eucalyptus, coriander, lemon, orange peel, wheat malt and white pepper. Sweet flavour of crackery wheat malt, lemon, lime, eucalyptus, coriander and brine in a dry, tart finish. Light body with a watery texture and lively carbonation. Very refreshing and tasty. An excellent Gose.

Pours amber with a thin tracing of a head. Aroma has sweet dragonfruit with lactose bites. Taste has sweet malt base with heavy salt elements, refreshingly short mouthfeel. Palate has Menthol on the nose. Odd.

Tap @ Himmeriget. Pours light hazy orange with a medium white fizzy head. Aroma is salty, peppery, lemon zest, lactic. Taste is the same with a sorta seaweed note and a sweeter finish.
