Our Bitburger & Sierra Nevada Triple Hop’d Lager is brewed from three hop varieties—Cascade from the Eifel region in Germany and Centennial and Chinook from the USA— to create a fruity hop taste that is in perfect balance with the beer’s slightly bitter flavor. Cascade from the Eifel region in Germany and Centennial and Chinook from the USA – and refined with the “Bitburger Siegelhopfen,” our own seal hops blend. Our collaboration brew is an exciting mix that combines a fruity hop taste with a balanced bitter-malty flavor.

Can - hazy light orange with a sizable head - it’s amazing how much this tastes like a straight up Sierra Nevada beer - it tastes like I’m drinking the lager version of Celebration Ale - this, of course, is not a bad thing, but I think my hope coming in was to taste equal influences from both brewers, as Bitburger Pils is one of my go-to in the style - it’s wonderfully dry and crisp, and the body is round and soft - a more American hop character makes way for what seems like more of a noble hop character that is herbal, grassy, and spicy - it’s a darn good IPL, but not quite up to what my expectations were when first hearing about this collaboration.

Clear gold pour with a big white head and some lacing. Grainy malt aroma with a bit of hops. The flavor is of grainy mild, crisp, mild hops bitterness, and some citrus character. It's nothing great but it's alright.
