Draught. Hazy golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is zesty, citrus, some farmyard and mild tart wooden tones to it. Flavour is elderflower, some yeasty, tart wooden and zesty tones with a nice dry finish.

Draft. A hazy yellow beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of lemons, elderflowers, brett, and malt. The flavor is sour with notes of elderflowers, sirup, lemons, brett, and malt, leading to a tart finish.

Bottle at Kiselo druženje (Sour Gettogether) 2017. Thanks! Murky yellow, moderate fruity white head. Elderflower and floral aromas, yeast subdued. Puckering, very sour, white grapes in flavour. Medium body, juicy, soft to moderate carbonation, light finish. Lovely!

Bottle, 0.75l, shared with friends. Aroma of elderflower, citrus, flowers, barnyard and brett. Pours hazy deep golden color with large soapy white head and sparkling appearance. Taste starts refreshing sour fruity with pleasant elderflower note, following is grainy, yeasty, bready, lactic and chalky with crisp and dry mouthfeel. Light body, thin texture and lively carbonation in palate. Excellent summer refreshment...

Bottle, 750 ml at MBR, Kiselo Druženje. Courtesy of Domagoj. Pours cloudy golden, small white head. Lots of elderflower, beautiful, some citrus, funk, nice sourness. Overcarbonated though. Light to medium bodied.

Bottle @ company tasting. Gusher with a foggy golden body with a big, fluffy white head. Aroma is slightly undefined fruity with something floral, grass and nettle. It’s actually close to a bit unpleasant in aroma. Flavor has some kind of slightly refreshing floral, hay, minerals, herbs, barnyard, medium acidic and something at the edge of being rotten. Medium body and aftertaste in the same direction. Hardly drinkable, a big disappointment from one of my favorite breweries. Hope this is not supposed to taste like this, and the gushing might indicate that’s something wrong here.

Bottle, one year after bottling. Pours cloudy yellow, with a big creamy head. Aroma is hay, fruity brett and citrusy notes, as well as berries and floral notes. Medium body, with average to fizzy carbonation. Flavour is hay, berries, fruity brett and some floral notes. Quite dry finish.

Big fizzy-creamy longlasting head. Aroma is fresh sour-ish fruity, soda powder, elderflower, minerals, grass, berry skin, unripe gooseberries, hay, paper, burnt rubber. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish mineraly, soda powder, unripe gooseberries, minerals, fruit salt, elderflower, minerals, grass, hay, paper, sorrel. Medium bitterness, dry sour-ish mouthfeel. Nice.
