Ripple is brewed with Pilsner, wheat, oats, and a touch of crystal. It’s hopped with Nelson Sauvin in the kettle followed up by a massive Nelson Sauvin dry-hop. These hops exhibit strong flavors of tropical fruit, crushed grapes and white wine character.

Draft at brewery. DDH version. Pours orange gold white head. Nose/taste of pineapple, mango, grass, light toasty malt. Tons of fruits and hops. Lighter medium body. Regular Ripple would be a 3.9.

on tap-white, yellow/gold. A-tropical/pineapple/spice. T-tropical/pineapple/spice hops, some lt malt. Good effervescence/tingle. Followed by a visit to our nearby rest stop that lasted longer than our tasting.
