ABV: 8.0%. Murky medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, pine, citrus, grapefruit, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, tropical fruit, pine, citrus - grapefruit. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20200519]

Can at home picked up from 73 Enid i think. A mostly clear golden orange coloured pour with a loose white sticky head. Aroma is semi sweet, tangerine, citrus oils, some hot alcohol, pine oils, nail polish remover. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, spicy citrus, orange oils, some alcohol bite. Some mellow tropicals, papaya. Doesn't really do much for me. Palate is semi sweet, moderate carbonation , some hop oils,

Tall can from Brewcraft at home, just before they sold out. Clear golden amber pour with fine white head. Aroma is candied orange, grapefruit, pine resin. Nice refined west coast IPA. Taste is similar, with bitter grapefruit pith and pine resin with a bit of citrus sweetness and fairly strong alcohol. Dry bite at the finish with lasting bitter burn. Everything feels refined and well executed. Not restrained but polished. Smooth slightly rich palate. Really good. Would get again if we ever see it!

Can, 8%. Hazy golden with medium off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, hop, citrus, little grapefruit, little floral and pine. Flavour is malt, fruit, hops, citrus, medium sweet, little pine, little grapefruit, little grape, little floral and medium bitter.

Can shared at home. Pours a clear golden colour with little head, rather low carbonation. Aroma is bright malts, resin and pine. Medium to big body. Flavour is malty and somewhat rich, but not overly sweet - quite dry in fact. Some nice fruitiness, citrus, grapefruit. Lots of pine and a bit of underlying resin. Finishes bittersweet and dry, with lots of pine. Really nice imperial IPA but it could use a bit more personality or oomph.

Arôme rappelle la belle époque des DIPA de CA, notes agrumes - pamplemousse sur de fines effluves de grains concassés. Herbacé sur des notes de pin et résineux.
Palais - plaisant, on retrouve le plaisir des DIPA classiques type californiennes - pas de lactose et autres gimmicks. Plaisir de revoir les C-hops - touche un peu résineuse, pin avec côté abricot. Oily finish - fresh green matcha tea et une petite note épicée - le tout un peu collant aux lèvres sur la fin. Amertume fine
