Thank you tderoeck! 355 ml. bottle sampled @ Sebletitje’s Farewell Tasting. Bottle says 033116 - bottled on? Clear orange, off-white head. Nose is oily stale pine oil hop, bland old USA IPA, stlaer hops. Taste is oily basic malt, sugar, pine resin, stale old USA IPA, barn hay. Stale USA hop oil body. Still pretty decent but feels quite old, far older than it should at 6 months.

Clear orange beer, small aery irregular white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: very fruity, pretty oxidized as well, lots of sweet ripe peaches, some caramel, lychees, more caramel. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very fruity, soft bitterness, citrus, some grapefruit, lovely stuff, caramel. Aftertaste: malty, some caramel, sweet, lovely fruit flavours, very bitter, bit sweet. Still pretty darn good, despite the age on this one. Also: STATE TICK!

Bottle shared by Tderoeck @ Sebletitje’s Farewell tasting. Clear peachy orange color, small white head. Smell and taste malts, some piney hops and light spruce, hop bitter, lightly sticky. Decent to medium body and carbonation. Nice.

An American style IPA from Montana, my first beer from this brewery, depicting a pronghorn on its label - an unusual species of artiodactyl indigenous to the North American prairies. Thick ’membranous’ lacing, off-white, moussy head slowly dissolving in the middle, clear and warm orange blonde robe, almost amberish. Fragrant aroma of moldy grapefruit peel, spruce shoots, sweet paprika, hemp, red curry, dried mango, pink pepper, kumquat, biscuit, apple cake dough, freshly toasted white bread, yellow kiwi, passion fruit, lavender. Fruity but clean onset, refreshing, restrained but at the same time outspoken sweetness dominating with hints of mango, lychee and melon, medium carbo fit for the style, supple, lean mouthfeel. Some faint sourish redcurrant notes are quickly overcome by hoppiness, gradually and elegantly developing its bittering properties over a bridge of soft, sweet biscuity malts and ending very aromatic, with a wealth of retronasal pine, mango and sweet citrus aromas, and simultaneously providing a resinous, grapefruity, tangy bitterness drying the back of the mouth. Very typical modern day IPA in every respect, no game changer perhaps, but technically well done and delicate, tilted towards the sweet, tropical, aromatic side. Very enjoyable.

can - bought in Jackson WY - drank in the Tetons. Terrific, simple IPA. Especially fond since I had 2 at my campsite up in the Tetons. Made for a perfect end to epic hiking

Pours a nice clear amber from a bottle. Aroma of tropical fruit, pine-y. Flavor similar, rather bitter. Good beer.

(Can) Deep amber brown with good off-white head. Nice aroma of grapefruit with some peppery spice. Great palate, smooth medium bodied with good carbonation. Taste starts with a nice balance of light caramel malt and citrus and steadily herbal then hoppy bitter notes strengthen, but without ever beck ing aggressive. Nice drinkable hoppy IPA.

Lighter amber, clear, nice foam that doesn’t stay too long. Aroma has a bit of grains, hay freshness and not too much anything else. Taste is bitter, hoppy, somewhat simple. Long bitter aftertaste. Solid simple IPA, even sessionable.
