Wheat Grisette brewed exclusively with local malts and Luskville hop, a wild hop breed from Lupuline hopyard in Outaouais and fermented with Brett Drei.
The result is a dry thirst quencher with high aromatics and a great body despite it’s low final gravity. A real showcase of local ingredients!

Bottle: Poured a light dirty yellow color ale with a large off-white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of funky Brett notes with nice floral aroma. Taste is a complex mix of wheat malt with Brett notes and a dry finish with some pretty nice floral undertones. Body is about average with good carbonation. Easy drinking with lots of drinkability.

Sampled draft @ Moeder Lambic Original. Hazy pale citrus, small and creamy white head. Nose is fruity and oddly sweet with chamomile, sweet flowers, soap, cheesy, sugar and candy corn. Taste is weird non-corherent overly sweet affair with big soapy base, chamomile, candy, milky sweet, candied corn, sugar, soapy, flowers. Soapy body, messy confusing and not my thing. Too bad I wanted to love this one as I am not used to being let down by a Dunham beer.

750 ml bottle poured. Thanks to mcberko for the bottle. Pours a hazy golden yellow color with a soap bubble head. Bretty aroma dominating a straw grain. Flavor is dry throughout, strong wheat flavor profile, a little tart to compliment. Lemon grassy finish. Brett late reminder. Very fun, lighter side beer.

Draft @ ML Fontainas, 3ième fête de la St Jean, shared with Rlgk and _Angst_.

Draft - Light funky stone fruit and lemon. Cloudy gold with a nice white head. Tastes just as it smells. Pretty light and subtle but nice.

On tap at Farmhouse Festival Vancouver, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out light bretty funk, biscuity notes and light citrus zest. Flavour is quite floral, with light brett funk, citrus zest and biscuity notes. Quite floral and lightly funky on the finish. Decent.
