Fles gekocht in de Poolse winkel. Geprobeerd met LiekevdV. Het is een goudgeel bier met een volle witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een moutige geur. De smaak is moutig, zoetig en wat waterig.

Pours gold from the can. The foamy head fades quick. Aroma is grassy, weedy, herbal. Taste is malty sweet with faint hints of apple tartness on the swill. Body is medium with lower than average carbonation. Given the narrow range of taste and somewhat flat feeling body the beer feels a bit lifeless at times. Overall, nothing offensive but not very good either.

F: big, white, average retention. C: gold, clear. A: malty, grainy, bit grassy, bit bread. T: sweet caramel malty, wort, almost no bitterness, bit bread, bit herbal, medium body and carbonation, hard to average, there is almost nothing to be enjoyed, 0,5l can from Polski Market Kubus in Ixelles in Brussel. Earlier Rating: 3/25/2016 Total Score: 2.5F: white, not very big, not long lasting. C: clear, golden. A: malty, grassy, herbal, hint of hops, iron. T: grainy, biscuits, grassy, light creamy mouthfeel, average carbonation, light body, lack of bitterness, apples, light sugary, average commercial pale lager, 500ml can from local Polish shop in Brussels.

Bottle from a Polish supermarket in Bedminster, Bristol. Deep gold in colour with a slight, off-white head and plenty of fizziness. Sweet, malty aroma with some booze in the background and a slightly metallic edge. Flavour of ripe cereals and a hint of stone fruits, with more booziness before a moderately bitter finish. Ok.

500 ml bottle into lager glass, bottled on 12/17/2016. Pours crystal clear medium golden/yellow color with a 1 finger dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Light spotty lacing clings down the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of cracker, lightly toasted biscuit, white bread dough, herbal, light pepper, and floral/grassy earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance of bready pale malt and light-moderate earthy hop notes; with solid strength. Taste of cracker, lightly toasted biscuit, white bread dough, herbal, light pepper, and floral/grassy earthiness. Light herbal, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of cracker, lightly toasted biscuit, white bread dough, herbal, light pepper, and floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Nice robustness and balance of bready pale malt and light-moderate earthy hop flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance; and zero cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Light-moderate dryness from bitterness, increasing through the glass. Perfectly clean on lager flavors, with zero yeast notes present. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately crisp/bready/grainy, and lightly sticky balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5.7%. Overall this is a nice Dortmunder lager. All around nice robustness and balance of bready pale malt and light-moderate earthy hop flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink. Clean and flavorful malts, with a nice amount of hop presence. This needs a bit more hops and bitterness; but is a nicely enjoyable offering, and good style example.
