Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso lo speziato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di aspetto velato. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è contenuto e c'è anche una componente leggermente acidula. La forza gustativa è elevata e permane in maniera sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, frutta secca, agrumi, limone, mandarino, erbe aromatiche e spezie.

Bottle at home shared with Laura. Clear golden color, white head. Aroma and flavor are malts, typical saison-ish with spicy herbal notes, light to moderately bitter. Quite pleasant.

330ml bottle [courtesy of Claudius, thank you very much!]. Cloudy, yellow-ish, dark golden colour with average to huge, thick, fluffy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Relatively weak, minimally spicy, pale malty, slightly yeasty fruity and minimally floral aroma, hints of orchard fruit, minimally muesli-like character. Taste slightly dry, grassy and floral hoppy, slightly yeasty fruity and minimally bready and spicy, pale malty, hints of chamomile, a touch of pepper, orchard fruit. Watery texture, minimally dry palate, medium to fine, dense, mildly prickly carbonation. Harmonious and balanced, refreshing - pretty decent.

Slightly hazy, golden pour with a small white head. Aromas of malt and yeast, a hint of fruit in the background. Taste is well-rounded: malt, hops grass - slighlty sour; decent aftertaste. Enjoyed it

Ein feines Saison, das leicht trüb und recht hefig 🍄ist. Es ist eher leicht und obwohl es nicht zu spritzig ist, passt es mit den leicht säuerlich-fruchtigen Noten für heiße Tage🌡️. Es mag an Intensität fehlen, aber was da ist, ist wirklich schmackhaft.

Troebel lichtgeel bier met mooie schuimkraag. Smaak is licht bitterzoet en ietwat bitter met iets van bloemen, wat kruiden en wat abrikoos. Fijn bier.

Bottle at the brewery. Rather thin body, rather high carbonation. Moderate spicy phenols, light earthy-grassy hoppiness. Light warmth - not unpleasant. Good, pretty classic saison.

33 cl bottle at Café Horta, Brussels. Stated at 6,5% ABV. A hazy pale golden pour with an off-white, thick and large head. Aroma is apricot, loquat, mandarin, candied sugar, bread dough. Dry, medium-bodied, not too crisp. Rather low bitterness, yet quite long lingering finish.
