Golden yellow, cloudy because of the wheat beer. A very persistent lacing head.
You discover aromas of mango, apricot, peach and a subtle passion.
Savouring this beer is quite complex, because of the use of various fruits. The predominant taste is peach and apricot.

33 cL bottle. Pours slight cloudy yellow with a dense and chalk white head. Aroma is mild citric peachy and of passion fruit. Light sweet berry fruity flavour. Mild acidic to citric touch. Shows a mild artifical note towards the finish. Light fruity finish with a lingering exotic fruit flavour.

Bottle: Poured a golden yellow color with a creamy white head. Fruit berry filled aroma. The taste is similiar with fruit filled berry flavor. Not really impressive, just a one time sample from me!

A hazy golden beer with a thin white head. In aroma, a pleasant passion fruit aroma, with light berry notes. In mouth, refreshing berry pulp, and light sour notes. A summer light beer. Bieropholie 2006.

Normall, smallish head; clear, copper body. I don’t know what ninkeberry is, but this has a lovely, strong aroma of it. Sweet, fruity, very slightly tart. Taste is much like the aroma, with only a faint off tone in it. A little watery. No aftertaste to speak of. Lovely fruit beer.

Bottled, 330ml, alc. 3.9% (BB 11/2006)
A bit hazy golden, decent off-white head. Aroma is fruity: passion fruit and mango dominate. Fruity sweet sugary flavor and quite artifical tasting fruit beer.

(Bottle 33 cl) Orangey, unclear golden with a huge head. Very fruity - with flavours pointing in all sorts of directions (and no, I reckon there’s no such thing as "Ninkeberry" - it’s a blend). Very refreshing and quenching on a hot day - I think. Sweet but balanced decently from the acidic citrusy Witbier, which is the base of this. 201197

Slightly irregular head, white with a pink hue, dense; pale coppery beer, bit veiled. Strange nose - in the sense of strangely attractive: fruit - specially peach - and, yes, English hops. Unfortunately, this lasts less than 1 min. Then coriander raises its ultra-ugly head, and the fruit becomes essence. Fruity taste, just too sweet and too perfumed. That coriander hangs around is not strange to this. There’s a point of acidity (citric acid like), that is not unappealing. Finishes rosewater-like. Bit fizzy, light, unpleasant sweet-slickness trailing behind. Better than most Floris. If the coriander were gummed, I might even like it.
