Inspirée de la tradition belge, cette bière de style Saison amorce sa présence avec une belle couleur paille. Légèrement voilée, elle est sèche avec des arômes de céréales. L’utilisation du houblon, à la frontière entre la tradition et le nouveau monde, apporte des notes d’agrumes et de fruits de la passion, tout en laissant place au caractère aromatique de la levure utilisée.

Straw body with a very active, well laced white head. The nose features roasted grain and a hint of slightly sour tropical fruit. The smooth roasted grain from the aroma leads the taste profile. Sweet tropical fruit, a hint of hop bitterness and a slight acidity and spiciness round out a tasty summer saison.

Sharp, bright, and quite bitter. Lots of bitter green grass, light tartness, hints of funk, light pepperiness, soft lemon zest. Perfect mouth feel effervescent carb. Medium to high bitterness, very dry finish, superb saison!

Poured from the tap @ DDC Montreal. Clear blonde with small white head. Fairly lemony with mild resinous hops in the background, soft and dry. Decent.

Pale yellow colour, medium-sized white head and lace. Funky aroma with some rotten eggs and hay. Light-bodied, crisp. Green apple, hay, white pepper, light funkyness. Almost like drinking brut IPA. Aroma is not very good.

0,33 flaske fra Gulating Stavanger, hjemme: lett uklar strågul med højt, fluffy skom som holder følge hele veien ned. citrus, høy/stall, grønnsaker, urter og krydder i skjønn harmoni. Tør afslutning med fin bitterhed. En dejlig saison i belgisk farmhouse-stil. Frister til gentagelse.

7-4-7-3-14 Bottle. Pours hazy, pale yellow, with a big creamy head. aroma is yeasty notes of wood, hay and crsip citrusy notes. full body, with fizzy carbonation. Aroma is yeasty notes of wood, hay and lemon peel, as well as minerals and wet grass. Semi dry finish.

12oz bottle pours a clear, light gold with some white head. Nose is OK, grassy, straw, malt, some vitamin C tablet, a little lemon. Flavor is lemony, grassy, straw, vitamin C. Tart and dry finish.

Pretty decent little beer. Pine and straw, a touch of bretta. Pours golden with ok head. Crisp and light bitter finish. Bottle.
