750 ml bottle at Ammutsøn, Vienna, bb 30/04/2022. Golden, moderate hazy body, with a small, off-white head. Aroma of white grapes, white wine, wood, moderate funk. Tastes similar, a bit more vinous. Medium, slick mouthfeel, with an average carbonation. Finishes smooth, medium dry, medium sweet, a bit acidic, vinous, with grapes, white wine. Very nice. Really smooth and balanced, a bit on the sweet side, like a refreshing white wine, while with enough funky and wooden notes. Maybe not as complex as a real Lambic, but really lovely stuff nonetheless. Score: 7 / 4 / 8 / 4 / 16

0,75l bottle shared at Ammutson. Yellow very hazy color, small white head. Smells Estragon, earthy, wood, peppery, spices, nice smell. Medium to full body, soft carbonation. Tastes citric, grassy, earthy, estragon, herbal, wood, wine notes, peppery. Finishes lightly dry and lightly with notes of grass, earthy and peppery. Good complexity, very good to drink

07/06/2019 - draught small glass @Ermitage Taproom. Clear orange, small lacing. Nose is brett, funk, hay, green apple. Taste is brett, bit wood, bit lime, bit grape. Nice!
