Keg at the source. A mostly clear gold coloured pour with a lasting fine white head. Aroma is lemon oil, spicy orange, dry bread, little green citrus. Palate is semi sweet, moderate carbonation, little grainy. Flavour is composed of semi sweet earthy Base malts, grassy, herbal flaked grains. Little rough round the edges.

Keg at the Brewery tap, 08/12/18. Very lightly hazed golden blonde with a decent off white cap. Nose is citric fruit, stewed fruits, light spice, grains, grass. Taste comprises dusty fruits, lemon rind, straw, light yeast esters, hint of candied fruits, stale bread. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok stuff.

Draft at Ermitage, Brussels. Slightly hazy orange with a white head. Aroma of tea, floral hops, tropical fruits and malt. Flavour is light moderate sweet and above moderate bitter. Medium bodied with light carbonation.

Drucken på fat på Malmö Brygghus Belgofestival. En fin NEIPA-fruktig vete-IPA som har vetekaraktär och en stram och torr beska med lite grönt te. Mycket gott!

Draught @ Nanobrasserie de l'Ermitage Taproom, 28 rue Lambert Cricks, Brussels, Belgium 1070. [ As L'Ermitage Théorème de L'Empereur ].Unclear - hazy medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, minerals, yeast, jasmin, tea - flowers. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, whea - yeast, flowers, jasmin, tea, tea bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Not mine kind of beer / jasmin tea ! [20180317] 6-3-6-3-12
