In my opinion, it is a really delicious white IPA, a perfect mix between the wheat and the hop, a bit sparkling, notes of grapefruit, good!!, 06.03.17, finding this one, at Amstein, trying it at Lausanne, Prélaz.

Keg at Chez Laffy, Orschwihr. Nice hopped aroma. Gold. Not much white about the IPA but pretty tasty. Slightly spiced hoppage.

Clear golden yellow beer with a mid sized white head. Aroma of citrusy hops, wheat malt, hay. Taste of citrusy hops, flowers, mild wheat malt. Moderate bitterness.

Bottled. Hazy yellowish golden colour with a small white creamy head. Aroma is fruity, nectary, some yeast, wheat and mild bready and grainy notes. Flavour very similar, not unpleasant, but more a bit boring and mediocre.
Decent summer sipper. Pretty clasically style. Maybe stands out a little due to the funk. Monk paris

hazy pale yellow colour, medium sized dense off-white head, which lasts for quite a few minutes; aroma of pineapple, lemon zesty, lemony, grapefruity, some grape peel and overripe peachy notes; well balanced bittersweet taste with the same notes as can be felt in the aroma; good IPA

Pale straw color. Foamy head that settles quickly. Mild stone fruit aroma. Peaches. Taste is mildly sweet with tart undertones. Light spice. Tartness picks up at end. Medium. Good.
