Bottle from Brewer’s Droop, Bristol. Pale and hazy gold in colour, with a billowy, white, head. Aroma of tangerines and pineapple, grassy hops and a touch of green tea. Full mouth feel with fruit salad notes, including prominent lime, slightly creamy malts, a hint of spice and some green herbs in the dryish finish. Demanding and pretty good for it.

Bottle@Chris and Ruth’s Pre-GBBF 2015, London - amber pour with white head. Pale malty aroma and taste, some nice citrus and tropical fruity nuances, slight grassy, with some nice tea notes throughout. Nice stuff.

Bottle at Pre-GBBF Shindig 2015. It pours cloudy dirty gold with a medium white head. The nose is soft, juicy, floral, orange rind, honeysuckle, dough and grass. The taste is crisp, bitter, straw, minerals, saltiness, earth, grass and peppercorn with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Flavoursome and well-rounded. A tasty beverage I have to admit.

On cask at the Bow Bar. Appearance - golden with a proportionate head. Nose - blood orange or pink grapefruit. Taste - more of the same and integrated with sweet malt. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - yeah good beer.

Pre GBBF tasting at Chris and Ruth’s. Very hazy gold beer, tidy off white head. Palate is airy and semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Very light pale malts. Tangy floralness getting a little skewed, jasmine is very subtle. Touch of green tea. Light finish. There has been a few green tea/jasmine beers around now and to be frank this doesn’t quite hit the mark, it feels a bit awkward.
