Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of brett, straw, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of brett, lemons, and straw, leading to a tart finish.

75 cl bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is fruity, citrusy and light sourish peachy. Dry, citric and solid peachy fruity. Lingering fruity, citric crisp fruity finish.

White head, lasting only seconds; faintly veiled ochre-golden beer. Wild berries, some spices and lactic acid. Fruit, spices, lactic acid, fruit acids. Thin MF, probably due to the acids. Some astringency. Sharp - but not as harsh as some other Bruery sours.

Bottle, 75cl. An unclear, orange-colored beer topped by a small, off-white head. The aroma is citric and acidic, sort of like a Pez candy, with a faint malty hint. It’s full to medium bodied, with a nice carbonation level, rather dry. Citric acid, lemon, piney hints and pale malts in the flavor, with a sugary touch. Still, quite dry. Long citric finish with grapefruit, lemon and pine cones. Rather nice this one. 151114

Pours hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma is sour with notes of malt, gooseberries, raspberries, funk and hint of citrus. Taste is light sweet and medium sour with a long dry, tart, raspberry, fruity and citrus finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

750 ml bottle, 11/14/15. It pours a murky yellowish-orange color with a frothy white head that leaves some drippy lace. The aroma is rather tart and fruity. Some citrus zest and spice. Strong yeast component as well. Tastes like you'd expect from the smell. Not particularly sweet, with an early tartness that fades into a drier finish. Very heavily carbonated and a good bit puckering. Enjoyable beer, and now I'm one tick from 5k!

The beer is a orangish, tannish yellow color, clouded over. Small to medium white head. Thick foam that leaves a bit of lacing but dissipates fairly quickly. The aroma is a mix of apricot/peach, citrus and berry fruitiness on top of a soft malt body. There’s a good bit of yogurty lacto flavor to the sourness. The fruit is an interesting mix with pineapple sweetness, lime/tangerine peel, sweet and sour stone fruit and a decent raspberry note. That gentle wheaty grain bill bring a nice level of sweetness underneath the fruit and sour. The taste is moderately sour, fairly gentle lacto character. The fruit is a bit muted compared to the aroma. This beer could really use more berry presence, but it has a solid enough base. Some wheaty sweetness. Gentle malt presence. Soft, relatively full mouthfeel. Not much booze presence. Pretty good sour. Even though this isn’t as big as some Bruery sours, I still think it would be far better at ~2/3 of the strength. And with more berries. Still rather enjoyable.

Bottle. Hazy golden liquid with medium white head. Aroma of grain, bread, lacto, lemon, spices and apples. Taste is dry and medium sour with notes of lemon, apples, grain and bread. Light to medium bodied with medium carbonation. Really nice.
