Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is yeast, pale malt, grassy bubblegum-y hops reminding of Sorachi Ace, soft spicy and herbal tones, touch of citrus. Flavour is relatively light on sweetness with a dry bitter finish. Hoppy Belgian elegance, I like it.

33cl Fles van Etre Gourmet. Mistig diepgouden kleur, witte kraag. Belgisch gistje, fruitige esters, iets droog-moutig, redelijk bitter, iets kruidig. Lichte body. Degelijk maar ook vrij generiek, had iets meer van deze brouwer verwacht.

From tap. Pours murky orange with a small white head. Aroma is mild estery to phenolic. Mild bretty, leathery. Lingering fruity, mild juicy. Bitter and herbal. Lingering bretty far finish.

A golden beer, a head is medium and blond. Aroma has generic fruitness with some perries, light spicyness and cereals. Taste has fruitness and also some notes of dried fruits, light sweetness of fruits. Medium bodied. Pretty simple and fruitful, but balanced.

Musty/yeasty bready malt, lemon, and hay aroma. Golden yellow with nice white head. Lightly sweet lemon, yeast, biscuit malt, and mildly bitter hay flavor. Good body.
