Imperial Stout Aged in Bourbon Barrels
With Bruery culture comes tradition, and Black Tuesday Reserve is back for another delectably rare release. Brewed in 2018, this iteration of our iconic imperial stout was aged in two separate sets of hand-chosen bourbon barrels for two consecutive years, emerging a uniquely-developed and sophisticatedly bold stout worthy of the classification ‘Reserve.’

No head, reddish, dark brown beer. Chocolate, felt, musk, green leaves, alcohol and fusels in the nose. Alcoholheat jumping in the face upon sampling, chocolate; sweetish in the way of fruitconcentrate with brown candi sugar and dried figs. Rich, voluptuous, alcoholheat. Rich and absolutely overwhelming.

Bottle thanks to Will. Pours a very dark brown with small beige head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is strong bourbon, vanilla, wood, faint chocolate. Thick mouth, chewy, toffee, roast, chocolate, very sweet, alcohol very well hidden, very impressive.
